While helping Burleson grow, Shelley also saw significant expansion in her own real estate business. She developed The Green Team. This dynamic group of Keller Williams Realtors consists of lead buyer's specialist Holly Gonzalez, buyer's specialist Rick Green, and office coordinator Meagan Ford.

Lead Buyer’s Specialist for The Green Team, Holly Gonzalez is also a longtime Burleson resident. She has worked and served in both Johnson and Tarrant County for the past 15 years. She and her husband are active in their local church and volunteer regularly at both of their daughters’ schools. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Holly bought and sold several investment properties and is still active in rental investments. This experience sparked her passion for real estate and her desire to serve others as they encounter all manner of real estate needs. Holly understands the current real estate market and uses that knowledge to focus on excellent customer service.

Rick Green is a Buyer’s Specialist for The Green Team. He began his career in commercial banking and entered the financial services industry in 1992. He has been involved in real estate investments, all while holding a real estate license, over the past 20 years. Rick has been active in the Burleson community for many years and currently serves on the Burleson City Council, Burleson Chamber Board of Directors and several clubs and organizations.

Meagan Ford not only handles all the needs of our busy real estate office, but also provides valuable support to clients.  She works side by side with our Green Team Realtors to answer your questions quickly and professionally. Meagan takes pride in being efficient and detail oriented as she works to assist you.

After working as a mechanical engineer at British Aerospace in Manchester, England, Ray Shellam decided to follow his dream of becoming an airline pilot by coming to the United States in 1984 to finish his certifications. He joined American Airlines and was a pilot for over 25 years.  During his time with the airline, he also successfully developed and nurtured a multi-million dollar equestrian center with his wife, Leslye, in Burleson that has been growing for over twelve years. In addition, Ray has contributed his musical talent and interest to several community churches. Currently, he serves The Fountains Fellowship as their worship band’s keyboard player. In addition, Ray currently holds a flight instructor certification. Always being detail-oriented, Ray easily learned and embraced real estate as a continuing career. He has always been interested in both residential and commercial real estate and has several holdings in both Texas and Arkansas. After retiring from AMR, Ray was able to focus more on real estate and truly enjoys his activities in this business and meeting new people.
